The short version: we collect what a reservation needs and the analytics that help us build, we never sell your data, and you can delete your reservation whenever you want.
What we collect
When you reserve an INK ID we store the INK ID you chose, your name, your email address, the SuperPass plan you selected (if any), and the INK ID that referred you (if you arrived through an invite link). We also record basic product analytics, such as which sections of the site are used, to understand what to build next.
How we use it
Your account details are used to hold your INK ID, attribute invites to the right network, and contact you about your account. Analytics are used in aggregate to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
SuperPass purchases are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout. INKPAY never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment details is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your reservation details at any time by writing to support@inkpayapp.com from the email you reserved with. Deleting your details releases your INK ID.
Changes
When INKPAY launches regulated products, this policy will be replaced by a full privacy notice covering those products. We may update this page as the program evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision.
