What INKPAY is today

INKPAY has not launched yet. Right now you can reserve a unique INK ID, purchase a SuperPass subscription where offered, and preview the products we are building. Payment, card, and payout features shown on this site are previews of planned functionality and are subject to eligibility, partner availability, compliance review, and final program terms.

INK ID reservations

Reserving an INK ID is free. Each INK ID is unique and held against the name and email you provide. We may decline or release a reservation that infringes someone else's rights, impersonates a person or brand, or appears to come from automated or abusive activity.

Claiming an INK ID holds your handle. It does not by itself create a financial account or guarantee access to any future product.

"Yours while your account is in good standing" means your reservation does not expire for as long as your account remains in good standing. We may revoke a handle for fraud, abuse, impersonation, trademark conflict, or where the law requires it. If the program is discontinued or restructured, existing reservations will be honored or migrated wherever reasonably possible, and we will notify you at the email on file before any change affects your handle.

Joining is by referral: creating a reservation requires the INK ID of an existing member, and that referral relationship is stored with your reservation for attribution.

SuperPass

SuperPass subscriptions and upgrades are not refundable. Paid subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically until canceled. Earnings, commissions, and incentives can be changed, canceled, or eliminated; a user may or may not be paid on any given transaction or activity. Some fees may apply. Full terms and conditions are provided upon issuance.

Purchasing a plan does not guarantee access to, approval for, or earnings from any current or future product.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a SuperPass at any time and there is no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account settings, or email support@inkpayapp.com with "Cancel SuperPass" in the subject line and we will action it before your next billing date. We will confirm by email once the cancellation is recorded.

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund the period already paid for, and your plan features stay available until the end of that period. Subscription fees and upgrades are otherwise not refundable except where a refund is required by law, in which case we will honor that requirement.

Rewards already credited to your account are not removed because you cancel. Rewards accrue only while a plan is active, so activity after your plan ends does not accrue at paid-tier rates, and any tier-dependent rate returns to the Free rate. Rewards remain subject to eligibility, verification, and final program terms, and no earnings are guaranteed.

If we discontinue or restructure a plan, we will notify you at the email on file before the change takes effect.

Cancelling a plan never takes your network away. Your INK ID and your Direct and Viral connections are part of your free membership, not the paid plan, so when a SuperPass ends you keep both and simply move to the Free tier.

Closing your account, and coming back

Cancelling a SuperPass and closing your account are different things. Cancelling a plan moves you to the Free tier and keeps your account, INK ID, and connections intact. Closing your account removes your profile and is how you leave INKPAY entirely.

If you resubscribe after cancelling a plan, paid-tier features resume with your network exactly as you left it, because it never went away.

If you ask us to close your account, we hold it in a deactivated state for 30 days. Signing back in within that window restores your account, INK ID, and connections. After the window, the account is closed permanently: your profile is removed, your handle may become available to others, and your connection graph cannot be restored. Referral attribution already recorded for other members is retained as part of their accounts.

To close your account, email support@inkpayapp.com with "Close my account" in the subject line from the email on file. Data deletion requests are honored per the Privacy Policy, including during the 30-day window if you ask.

How the earnings model works

Illustrative only: These figures are illustrative and modeled, not a forecast of your actual earnings.

No guarantee: No earnings, income, or payout is guaranteed.

Where earnings come from: Modeled earnings are a share of revenues from your network's activity. Up to 20% of revenues for Direct connections and up to 2% for Viral connections.

Tier rates: Modeled monthly earnings per connection by tier: Free $0 Direct / $0 Viral, Lite $10 Direct / $1 Viral, Pro $30 Direct / $3 Viral, Elite $100 Direct / $10 Viral.

Per-connection model: Each modeled figure is your connection counts multiplied by a per-connection rate set by your tier and the products your network uses.

Slider ranges: Tiers apply no connection caps in this model, and the controls are not capped either. Direct connections range to 1,000,000 and Viral connections to 10,000,000; you can also type an exact number.

Rates are maximums: Up to 20% for Direct connections and up to 2% for Viral connections are maximums, not typical results.

The 2X bonus: The 2X bonus, where eligible, doubles the modeled figure. Eligibility is limited and may end.

Subject to change: Commissions and incentives can be changed, canceled, or eliminated, and you may or may not be paid on any given transaction.

No guarantee of earnings

Nothing on this website guarantees earnings, financial returns, or banking approval. Any figures shown anywhere on INKPAY, including the potential earnings calculator, are illustrative modeled estimates, not a forecast of your results. Rates described as "up to" are maximums, not typical outcomes. Actual results vary and depend on real transaction activity and eligibility.

Payment schedule

Eligible rewards are planned to be paid on the 10th of the month following the month they are earned. For example, rewards earned in January would be paid on February 10th. Payment timing is subject to eligibility, verification, processing requirements, and final program terms.

Changes

As INKPAY launches regulated products, these terms will be replaced by full program terms delivered before or upon issuance. We may update this page as the program evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision.
